The Fatima Zahra Helping Hand Food Bank is a community-driven initiative in British Columbia, CANADA dedicated to addressing food insecurity. We provide free groceries to needy families, offer affordable subsidized food options, and deliver mobile groceries to Muslim elderly individuals right at their doorstep.

Our mission is to ensure that every member of our community has access to nutritious food, regardless of their circumstances. We strive to uplift and support vulnerable populations by offering essential food services with dignity and compassion.

Helping Our Communities

Fatima Zahra Helping Hand (FZHH) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization founded by Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi from the Naqshbandi Vancouver Center. Our mission is inspired by the noble example of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who emphasized the importance of compassion and support for those less fortunate. We aim to bring love, hope, and care to our community in British Columbia and beyond.

We are committed to addressing food insecurity and uplifting vulnerable populations through various programs. These include free groceries for needy families, affordable subsidized food options, and a mobile grocery service specifically for elderly Muslims. Our initiatives are accessible to anyone in need, reflecting our dedication to serving humanity with dignity and compassion.
