The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuing charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him” [Muslim]
The building and maintaining of a mosque is a wonderful act of Sadaqah Jariyah! The reward is unending, because it will be flowing for as long as people are benefiting from the mosque even in the Hereafter. Vancouver Center
For more than 12 years, Shaykh Nurjan and volunteers have been actively building a supportive Islamic community in Vancouver. With their hard work and charitable efforts a Dawah centre was opened and successfully maintained in the heart of the Vancouver Metropolitan Area. Today, it is one of the very few Masjids in North America that regularly hosts weekly Dhikr events.
