Muslims around the world every year celebrate the day of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is called "Eid Milad un Nabi." It falls on the 12th day, the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar, every year of Rabaul Awwal. We also celebrate many other Holy people's Lives throughout the year, where the term "Mawlid" refers to The Celebration of A Birth.
FZHH distributes food and provides talks and sermons about the lives of these beautiful and blessed souls and the Prophet's life.
Donations go towards Mawlid Events such as the "Annual Grand Milad’ul Nabi" or "Mawlid al-Nabi al-Sharif "(مَولِد النَّبِي). These are special programs to commemorate the life and times of our Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
FZHH works hard to make beautiful events for all communities to celebrate, remember, eat, sing and bring happiness into people's hearts. We need your support to continue and grow our Mawlid events.

The Grand Mawlid an-Nabi aims to spread the message of peace, acceptance, and love across all faiths by commemorating the birth and life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. By way of his honourable and noble character, we are all reminded to have love for all humanity. The Grand Mawlid an-Nabi is Western Canada’s largest gathering of its kind and continues to grow significantly due to strong community patronage.
