Under the blessed guidance of Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi, FZHH & its Chicago volunteers honored the Blessed Isra Wal Miraj of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ by serving 33+ Dinners at Lincoln Park’s Homeless Shelter.

Dinner Menu included Spring Mix Salad with Feta Cheese, Hot Bean Gravy with White Rice, & Tandoor Chicken Leg Quarters.

Additionally, FZHH distributed Surplus Fresh Produce & Bakery Items at the Homeless Shelter.

For the love of Sayyeda Zainab (A.S.) and in celebration of her Urs Mubarak, FZHH rescued foods by securing produce, eggs, deli meats, salsa, cheese, yogurt, cereal and salads. With the blessed guidance of Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi, FZHH L.A. delivered the foods to struggling famlies and elderly living in low income housing projects in East L.A.

Mobile Relief Van delivered the rescued items to Community’s Homeless Shelter – Matthew House.

Insh’Allah Matthew House will be using the donated food to serve 150 meals a day.

Also, 3 Cases of Fresh Bottled Water was distributed.
